'Byrd on a Brere' is the first recorded love song in the English language. The singer addresses a little bird sitting in a bush, telling the creature of passionate love. I think of myself as that bird, observing the bustle of the world from a quiet place and musing on it. Turning these inspirations into substantial form, I hope to inspire others with these reflections.
